I usually don’t write reviews, but this situation was unacceptable. I ordered an item and received a clearly misprinted product. Their customer service initially acknowledged the error but failed to follow up with a solution. Weeks passed without any update or refund, and they even blocked me on social media after admitting their mistake. If a company can’t manage basic refunds after admitting errors, they shouldn't be in business. I am now filing a chargeback and making this experience public.
