Review Time
I got my order after 1.5 months of waiting, and I got some cheap quality print that absolutely stinks. When I washed it, the print was already damaged after one single wash. This is just really disappointing, I spent 60 pounds on it!
I had a very bad experience with Raciety and feel obligated to warn others.
My order was not shipped for more than 10 days. Because of this unreasonable delay, I contacted customer support and explicitly asked to cancel the order. Instead of cancelling it, Raciety intentionally shipped the item after my cancellation request, forcing the shipment to prevent a refund and to lock my funds.
After this, I opened a chargeback with my bank. Despite the item now being back with Raciety, they are still refusing to refund my money. As a result, I currently have no product and no refund.
Customer support has shown no intention of resolving the situation fairly. Their only goal seems to be pushing the product onto the customer, regardless of delays, cancellation requests, or disputes.
On top of this, it became clear that the item is dropshipped from Shein, meaning the same product can be ordered directly for a much lower price, without dealing with these issues.
My advice: save your money and avoid this platform. Order directly from Shein if you want the same items, cheaper and without dealing with unhelpful support.
I will never shop at Raciety again.

There was no proper delivery, no helpful tracking, and no refund. The support team was either unresponsive or completely unhelpful. Despite giving them ample time and trust, they still failed to deliver anything. Taking money from customers who are genuinely waiting and trusting is simply unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this service to prevent wasting your money as we did.

This company seems unable to improve. After a prior fiasco where the wrong shirt was sent and my complaints were ignored (with disrespectful replies), someone finally responded normally but refused to refund me and sent the wrong shirt again! They did send the correct print this time (poor quality), but instead of a black shirt, I received a white one! Unfortunately, I can't post pictures, but their products belong in the trash.
I usually don’t write reviews, but this situation was unacceptable. I ordered an item and received a clearly misprinted product. Their customer service initially acknowledged the error but failed to follow up with a solution. Weeks passed without any update or refund, and they even blocked me on social media after admitting their mistake. If a company can’t manage basic refunds after admitting errors, they shouldn't be in business. I am now filing a chargeback and making this experience public.
