After a month, I have submitted 151 tickets regarding abuse from their network, including spam and server attacks. Support seems to ignore the details and only provides generic responses. After a few reports, they may suspend the abuser, but the servers often come back online quickly without proper action taken. This behavior is unacceptable, especially if their Terms of Service are not enforced seriously.
