Very misleading experience in Christchurch today. I booked the option labelled ‘Bus Interchange’ while I was standing inside the Christchurch Bus Interchange. However, the confirmation and QR code were for a completely different partner shop on Cashel Street. The Interchange counter could not accept it, leaving my booking unusable. Radical seems to market a Cashel Street host as ‘Bus Interchange,’ which is confusing and feels deceptive. When I contacted support, they refused a refund unless I made another booking and paid an extra fee. Travellers should be cautious — the location shown in the app may not actually match where you are, and refunds are very difficult to obtain. At this stage, in spite of numerous emails back and forth with Customer “Care” and my pointing out the ambiguous nature of their process, I have not received a satisfactory reply nor a refund, yet we received no product for our money.
