We were abandoned in Rome – the pickup location was shut at the exact scheduled time and place, and only later did we learn it had been closed for days without informing us, even though they knew we had a flight that same day. They ignored all urgent calls, kept our suitcase locked inside, and still marked the booking as “Completed.” We lost valuable items, baby necessities, and essential medication, and were forced to spend hundreds of dollars.
