I paid for a booking only to arrive to the location and they do not take bags. In fact they've never even heard of Radical Storage. The address listed on the booking & the photo of the building on the listing do not offer the services I paid for. It ended up ruining my entire days plans. Look into this further before you use. And do not go to 'Sierra Highlands' in SF California doesn't exist!
