Receptionists were very nice and spoke in an easy to understand english (the process wouldn't neccessarily need any speaking, i just had some questions).Got shown a qr code, where the website was multilingial and very easy to fill out. After finishing the form, the website showed another qr code for the receptionist and the process was finished (all in all, took like 5 minutes).
