Asked for storage under the impression they would be safe. Realised there were no lockers or keys. Just behind the counter for anyone to go through or take photos of your stuff. 10 minutes after booking I asked for an immediate cancellation and refund as I wouldn't be using the service now or ever again for that matter. They disregarded my message and asked if a voucher was okay. It was obviously not as I told them I wouldn't be using their service again and would be leaving London. Their policy doesn't allow refunds, only voucher exchanges (even though it wasn't even half an hour after booking). Don't use this shit service if you aren't willing to part with your belongings in an unsafe environment or are willing to give your money for nothing. Which I imagine is a lot of people.
