The storage place was very near Oxford Circus tube and staff were very friendly. I thought the price was pretty reasonable to look after my case for a few hours whilst I ate lunch with friends and went to the theatre. I would definitely use this service again if needed and the only reason I'm not giving five stars is I was looking for a shop / unit called Radical Storage, and there isn't one. It's a normal shop (selling food and drink) with no signage that I saw to indicate it offered the luggage storage service. This info wasn't clear on the confirmation email I was sent, we got told where to go by a member of staff in another shop nearby. I can imagine if English isn't your first language, it could be quite difficult to find where to take your case to.
