Warning: Avoid at all cost! First time using this and the location for storage was a cheap hostel with no secure storage. They had lockers right by the front door, easily accessible by anyone staying there or even walking past the front door. The person at the front desk was totally unhelpful too and it forced us to walk out and find an alternative solution.On top of that, Radical Storage support is shocking and refuse to refund. When I contacted them they say because the guy at the front desk scanned the barcode (before telling us it wasn't secure) they will refuse to offer a refund. There response was "all our locations are safe and secure" - which is clearly a total lie, there seems to be no verification of locations or even a desire from them to address the issue.Please don't use Radical Storage - find a local hotel ask if they can store your bags and tip them well. Don't give your money to this scam of a business.
