Terrible. Booked luggage storage for the last day of our trip to Krakow as we had a late flight. On the day we walked to the place we'd booked only to find it was closed all day. Did the live chat with Radical and they rebooked to somewhere else 15 a minute walk away. I walked over only to discover that was closed too. I called the number on the door and they said they were closed and to go elsewhere then hung up. Got back in touch with Radical and they just cancelled the booking and refunded me. I was then stuck walking the streets of Krakow looking for someone to leave my bag. Radical Storage had one job to do and somehow managed to fail at it twice. How hard can it be to have accurate opening/closing times for their locations?
