I used radical storage in milan. Our luggage was kept safe, no issues. We booked storage for the 06th of July 2025. The level of unprofessionalism was alarming. The gentleman that looked to be in charge completely disrespected the gentleman that was working with him.He shouted at a him, making him embarrassed.We even thought he was going to slap him. This happened in front of customers, it made us and the employee very uncomfortable. He made the employee feel embarrassed. Whatever the employee had done it did not warrant him being chastised in that manner. That whole episode left a sour taste in our mouths. Clearly this person could not control their temper and emotions coz on arrival of our taxis, they were being abrupt with us to a point that we had to ask them to be polite to us. In summary poor customer service.Ho utilizzato Radical Storage a Milano. I nostri bagagli sono stati tenuti al sicuro, senza problemi. Abbiamo prenotato il deposito per il 6 luglio 2025. Il livello di mancanza di professionalità era allarmante. Il signore che sembrava essere il responsabile ha mancato di rispetto al signore che lavorava con lui. Gli ha urlato contro, mettendolo in imbarazzo. Abbiamo persino pensato che lo avrebbe schiaffeggiato. Questo è successo davanti ai clienti, mettendo noi e il dipendente a disagio. Ha messo in imbarazzo il dipendente. Qualunque cosa avesse fatto il dipendente, non giustificava un rimprovero del genere. L'intero episodio ci ha lasciato l'amaro in bocca. Chiaramente questa persona non riusciva a controllare il proprio temperamento e le proprie emozioni, perché all'arrivo dei nostri taxi, è stata così brusca con noi che abbiamo dovuto chiedergli di essere educata. In sintesi, un servizio clienti scadente.
