We booked somewhere in Milan for our suitcase during the day as our check in wasn’t until later in the day. We originally had this booked with Mercanti Attic who had 4.7 stars on the Radical Storage app. We turned up and the man who was ‘the boss’ at the hotel was rude and refused to take the bag. He said our suitcase was too big and just shrugged and refused to help when we asked what we were then supposed to do. There were no specified bag height/size that I was made aware of prior to booking this. I then contacted Radical Storage who you can only contact through a live chat. The response was slow and so if you need to get hold of this company urgently, this doesn’t seem to be possible. Radical Storage managed to reallocate our booking elsewhere. Luckily this was only a 7 min walk away at BAGO. The staff at BAGO were really friendly and helpful and even helped us with our Italian pronunciation. Once we put our bag in at BAGO, we dropped it off and picked it up efficiently with no issues. If we booked with BAGO originally, this would have been a 5 star review.
