I had to cancel my trip to Paris. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act (SA), vouchers cannot expire before 3 years from date of issue, and if the voucher was purchased it NEVER expires until it has been exchanged for the services for which it was purchased. Radical Storage ignores the law and offers me only 6 month validity. A product can be exchanged, a good service remains unique. That´s not the case for Radical storage....
