When I reach the storage point. The staff at Belgravia said the service is expired after 2pm. Actually in the service website I agave asked the support team to clarify the time slot for me to place my luggage. The reply in email is clearly 8:00 - 0:00. I need clarification because in the app it was confusing. Sometimes 9:30 - 12:30, sometimes 8:00 - 12:00.Well, the worse part is that when I email to their support team at the sport. I only got email saying someone will contact me soon. The result is no response for half hour.Don’t use this website!
