Folks in the store were pretty busy (it's a restausant/cafe kind of place) but still very polite and helpful in explanation about storing the luggage! It was in Paris - Bercy.You just order online, they scan the confirmation qr and then store your luggage. There is no lockers, just a storage place for all the bags in a room. Then you take like no more than 10 - 15 steps to catch the subway :)
