I made a reservation to let my luggage at Kiosk am Dom Radical Storage at approximately 14h on 24/05/2025.The staff was extremely rude. At first he was trying to be nice to convince us to pay without the app, to "trust him" that we would pay less, but we wanted the guarantee of radical storage.At the same time, other customers were doing the same. He started to discuss about the locks that they have put on their bags, that this was a disrespect to him that they "didn't trust him" and they left.After scanning our QR Code, he got the bag of my friend and took a picture outside the space of luggage storage. She asked if she could take a picture and he said that no. And started again talking about not trusting him, he threw her bag on the ground saying that if she didn't like she could go to another place. Convenintly after scanning the QR Code.In addition, he pointed to my bag and to my girlfriend bag that had a lock and he said that we couldn't have. We asked why and he just got our bags and threw them in the ground (they had sensible eletronics like my computer and my girlfriends tablet). With this the handle of my bag was damaged. He took our bags and said that this was his store and he would do as he liked.Worrying for our lugagge and for the services provided we triend contacting radical storage's support, we had no real answer even after explaining the situation. We were fowarded to talk to a manager that never answered.With no other options we went back to get our luggage. The staff was rude and sarcastic saying that he "has already returned our lugagge before" and the we "had no bags with them anymore" while laughing and smiling to his friend.He just stopped and returned our lugagge after we said that we had the QR Code and that he should stop playong around.I am still waiting for an answer about how Radical Storage will resolve this. We already asked for a refund and for how they will proceed with the damage in the handle of my bag, but neither have been answered.Edit: After verification in my hotel room, my computer is damaged, the Tab key is not working properly anymore and it broke the layer around it. It's been more then one day and Radical Storage has yet to respond.
