First time I have used this platform. The location I have booked initially was rebooked by the platform to another, further away than the first one. Then, on the arrival day, when I tried to validate the reservation the QR code didn't work at all, even the owners of the place couldn't verify it. Luckily they were kind enough to trust just by seeing the reservations on our phones. I spoke with someone from RS (at least I tried) and almost every answer was an automatically generated one, they couldn't provide me with a solution but guarantee that my luggages were safe. All in all, the place I have left my luggages was great, but I wouldn't recommend this platform. Next time I'll be booking somewhere else.
