Rubbish service. Paid on line in advance £6.75 for one case. Got to the drop off place BlueWalnut cafe in Torquay, it was closed, unable to contact them - phone and email unrecognisable. Contacted Radical support- offered another drop off place 25 min walk away- I would have spent another extra 2 hours going there and back x4 trips well out of my way. Just gave a refund which was not the point- had to drag my case case round all day. Not happy.
