It's kinda goofy and efficient at the same time. The location is in an alley across the street from Seoul Station. Make sure you take exit 3 out. Once you get there, you carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Take a photo so you can show them later when you pick up your luggage as proof. It's kind of like a hostel style where there are no lockers, just everything out in the open. I dropped mine at 10am and picked it up at 7pm before my flight. Everything went smooth.
