I tried to use this service on my last day in costa adeje to store my luggage as I checked put of my air bnb and my flight wasn't until later.I arrived at the location and it was completely closed, shutters down tried to call, no answer, no answer on the live chat.I have since gotten a refund and the company said they will address the situation
