This is a scam. We paid 87.5 USD for left storage in Miami, Mercury Hotel, 100 Collins Avenue in Miami, South Beach and when we turned up there they said Mercury Hotel no longer exists for the past 2 months and Radical Storage did not update their systems. A lot of people have been turning up there for the last 2 months and Radical Storage is not updating their systems. This causes tremendous inconvenience, portrays a bad image to Miami and it is an extremely poor way of treating customers. I will be requesting the local authorities of tourism in Miami to order the closing down of this site. This is fraud. This is a scam.We demanded a refund and compensation for the inconvenience and it was refused by Anatoly - customer service representative who stopped replying to us and ignored us completely. I have screenshot of the entire communication. This is deplorable and unacceptable.
