I booked their services on January 5th, 2025, for January 6th, expecting a smooth experience. I was told to arrive at the location at 11:00 AM, so I got there early at 10:30 AM. I waited an entire hour, until 11:30 AM, only to find the store still closed!I contacted the company, and instead of solving the problem efficiently, they redirected me to another location. This was completely unacceptable, as I had to take another taxi to get there, which was not easy given all my luggage.This whole ordeal was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time and money. I had to pay for additional storage and an extra taxi due to their incompetence. This experience was infuriating, and I will never use their services again. I strongly warn others to avoid this company at all costs.
