AVOID RADICAL STORAGE! We reserved storage for our 4 bags and for one day so we could spend our last day in DC after checking out of our apartment (we paid online and in advance). Our experience with radical storage was indeed quite “radical”: We showed up with our bags at the “storage” place, which appeared to be a popup weed store near Chinatown. The kid working there would not take our bags, unless we paid him some cash. He said he did not care about our online payment and told us the agreement between radical storage and that store was not in place anymore. We left, booked another storage company and walked our bags a few blocks to the new arranged location: a reputable hotel downtown. Only positive point: Radical storage was quick to answer and to agree to a refund. There are many companies offering storage for your bags. AVOID RADICAL STORAGE!
