Radical sent us to a location that did not store luggage at all and had never even heard of the company. Radical did not answer the phone, their chat function did not work, thay die not call us back… so wen ended up with loads of luggage, no place to go and 27 euro’s down the drain… very annoying and sad that this company teceived support from the EU for such a scam.
