The address that was given to us was closed when we arrived just before 9am. We had booked a flexible time slot allowing us to drop off luggage from 8am onwards. Just after 9am a man came and started opening up the shop that was at the address, we asked him if this was the luggage drop off and he said no and he didn't know anything about luggage storage. We had to carry our suitcases up three flights of stairs to our place of work as we didn't have time to find a new storage point. I have emailed Radical Storage but never heard back including no reply from their support team and mp redund even after requested. Terrible service. Would not recommend. Will be contacting my bank and lodging a fraud charge against this company.
