Tried to use the service in Miami. It led us to a business that said they did not store luggage. Researched around the area for 30 minutes before finally giving up trying to contact the company through their bot which was useless. We eventually managed to get through some to somebody on the phone who told us that the business we were supposed to store our luggage with was closed which was not true, the business was open but did not do business with RS. R/S offered to move the location to 15 minutes away which did not work for us. We were refunded but it ruined our day. Won’t be back.
