Horrible experience. We were in Bucharest, old town, and three of their locations were catfish. They were letting us book online, but the storages were not there, and more than that anyone in a 3 block range knew anything about them. Please stay away, it is a scam company in Bucharest at least. Choose Bounce, they got us into a fancy hotel which took care of our luggage with the utmost care. STAY AWAY FROM RADICAL STORAGE.
