Perhaps a one off, who knows - I booked my bag for 10.00, and paid for my bag then got a taxi to the store. It was closed and didn't open for 2 hours so I was stuck ! Radical could not help at all and I insisted on an instant refund - they apologised and said I'd need to wait 5 days. So, what surety does my example give anyone trying to use this service ? Not for me.
