Not helpful. The shop keeper in Berlin sat outside and left our luggage outside which didn’t feel secure. When we asked if the luggage could go indoors, the shop keeper claimed we would have to pay VIP price which was not an option. We thought the shop keeper was being funny but when we insisted on having our luggage taken inside the shop keeper got annoyed with us. Begrudgingly they took our luggage indoor. We were not filled with confidence and considered finding another place to store it. In the end we left the luggage there and it was still there when we picked it up but we were on edge all day as we were worried about the safety of our luggage. Sadly, we can’t recommend this shop keeper. I would not come back. It’s also made me think poorly of Radical Storage, not sure I will use this platform again
