Despite multiple emails, I have yet to receive any response. It seems that Radical Storage believes they can maintain a good reputation online while failing to provide the services they charge for. This kind of robbery is unacceptable, especially in a rule-of-law society and it will ultimately be costly for them because I am considering to sue them.
