After booking and paying for the storage a month in advance, we arrived in Gibraltar and walked in the heat to drop our bags at the designated unit only to find that it was permanently closed. It took a while to find out how to contact anyone to resolve it. When we finally got through (via bot chat) it was confirmed that the storage was no longer available and there were no other options. We had a full day of excursions booked and paid for which we had to cancel because we couldn’t lug our cases with us. So disappointing and wasted the first day of our holiday just sitting around waiting for our pick up to check in to our hotel which wasn’t until 4pm. I was told I would receive a refund for the storage fee but still haven’t received it after being home for 4 days. Very disappointed.
