Booked their storage offered at a facility for one day use while transferring between two destinations on holiday to undertake an activity paid a large cost to do as a family. Arrived to find facility repossessed SIX weeks previous and in contact with Radical Storage they wanted photo proof of closure, unable to provide any alternative support, could not explain why offered the facility booked when hadn’t existed, pathetic apology sent and no interest in fact our day on holiday was completely ruined as could t do the non refundable family activity with our suitcases and all by their ineffectiveness in checking facilities they offer. Absolute disgrace of a company. Totally AVOID them should others also experience what we did!
