I wish it were a little more clear of the location. A photo of the store would be nice. Also would be nice if Radical Storage gave their partner locations a stick or decal for their window to confirm the partnership. It felt shady to go up to the tobacco shop counter and ask "do you work with Radical Storage?" as I didn't want to simply hand my luggage to the man at the counter without knowing whether I was even at the right place. But all in all it was fine and the service was more or less worth the money (lots of fees so it was indeed more expensive than advertised).
