I wanted to find out some information about best location to use and what happens if I am delayed getting to the left luggage locker in case my inbound train is delayed. After 30 minutes on chat, I got no answer to either question. Wasted my time on what should be two simple questions. Terrible customer service and have gone with another provider. I still don't know what happens if I am delayed getting to drop off luggage. AND now they have responded below I still don't know what happens if you arrive late. A great example of indifference.
