On business & my itinerary for the day changed last minute so I should have been staying in a hotel that night at Heathrow however I was needed in the north. With this been the case I had nowhere to store my bags until I came across this after a quick search on the web. Literally a 2 minute walk from KC, staff were very easy to deal with & returned several hours later to collect my belongings with no issues. I’ve shared this with people in the business internally as It was that easy & beneficial I will be doing it again in the future.
