Omg just had my day ruined by them. The apart hotel in Bari, Italy I booked had no facilities and they recommended them. So I booked a place via them and paid upfront on the app. When I got to that place they just they couldn’t take my luggage and that they had ended the cooperation with radical two months ago and that they had informed them and yet customers kept coming. When I contacted customer service they were so slow to respond and couldn’t really suggest an alternative. I ended running around an Italian town in the heat with heavy luggage looking for alternatives myself and missed the entrance time to a sight I had booked. Never again! I told the apart hotel to not recommend them anymore to guests.
