Do NOT download their app! After I paid for a booking it revealed the location which is a quite shady establishment, but orders are NOT cancellable! Then I realised that the reviews they display under the storage spot is actually for other radical storage spots. I tried contacting '24hr' customer service but have heard nothing back (it's been 4 days).And then the next day my bank card got billed another £50 by a merchant called Spylix! I think either the app installed a spyware on my phone or Radical Storage leaked my card details to them...
