Arrived in Sydney and went through radical storage to hold our luggage before checking into our airbnb. Which ended up being a CBD mart and tobacconist in the city (189 Castlereagh street). When we came back to our bags at 3pm my luggage was found fully zipped open on display my handbag and toiletries bag both stolen. The guy working couldn’t even tell me what had happened, he had just let people go into the back room where the luggage was stored by themselves??? Lack of care with the whole situation, so dodgy would not trust this company at all. I went back twice to speak to someone and gave them my number in which they said they would call me back when the manager came in the next day. Didn’t.. save yourself the hassle and don’t use this service.
