Booking procedure was clear and quick, although users should be aware that an extra fee of 3.5 euros is added at the end for insurance. What let it down for us was that the venue we chose was actually a hostel, not a hotel as described, and was dark and seemingly unstaffed when we arrived. If took 10 minutes to find a staff member to take our luggage. Pick up was much better and we were in and out within 5 minutes. It's a great idea but having others supply the storage means it must be difficult to maintain quality. Would still use again as so much cheaper than rail station storage.
