Terrible experience, ordered and paid for the storage. Turned up to find the storage place (a mobile phone shop) closed. After contact with the shop they made clear they told Radical Storage they were closed but nothing had been done about it and it was still advertised as available. We had to lug our luggage around all day and have to wait 5 days for a refund. Steer clear of this company that does not deliver what they promise. The radical thing is that the storage is not actually provided.
