The location I paid for in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, wasn't suppose to receive the luggage anymore. When I arrived, the person there told me that they used to have the service, but they weren't doing it anymore. It was shicking, because I had already paid for a service that didn't exist. They give me a refund, but in the end, it was a waste of time.
