We arrived at the location lisburn road as prebooked at the correct time. The storage shop was closed and we waited for 30 minutes with elderly relatives and cases with no show. We contacted radical storage with no initial response from the telephone number. We emailed and got a delayed email stating the company would get back shortly but this did not happen. We made our own arrangements which meant dragging cases into the city taxis and locating another drop off point. Eventually radical storage did get back but only to tell us they would refund our payment, very unhelpful and poor service. Thanks for response but no refund as been received to date?
