Got to the storage place and he charged us extra, even though I paid for 5 bags and left 5 bags he charged us for an extra 3. Didn't give us a receipt and had to pay via his card machine. I told him I would book it again through radical storage and he got quite aggressive. I had 5 children with me (3 with autism) so had no choice but to pay extra as the children were getting upset. Will never use this storage place again. He was a complete con artist
