Do not use this company they are the worst to deal with! Did not have correct address or support services working, we couldn’t get ahold of anyone, the 24/7 chat was not operating on a Sunday??? What a terrible experience as we tried to find the place in a gated area with incorrect location. Walking around with my family and we have all our suitcases for an hour trying to find it before giving up then the person I asked for a refund offers me a voucher to use the service again? I can think of better things I just want a refund!
