You should be able to know where and if there is a storage location at the place you say. I was trying to find the nearest storage location to my hotel and this lead to an old building where I could not find any storage location. Also the contact information must be valid and easily accessible. I tried to contact the storage responsible and I could not. I tried calling and sending a email also. If you don’t really know what you give to your customers then don’t give it. Also you asked for a photo of the entrance when I send you my problem and when I tried to do that, your application did not accept photos from my phone. Worst service ever. You did not even suggest another place that you are certain that there is a storage location or contact the responsible. I send the details so you should be able to find him (if exists).Never again.
