After booking I discovered through Googlemaps that the restaurant name I was provided doesn't exist. The restaurant that is there scores 1 out of 5 from 166 reviews on Google, which didn't inspire confidence. I did IM and email the contact details provided to clarify, but got no response.Upon arrival the checking in process was smooth. Luggage is stored on some shelves on a corridor out the back from the restaurant eating area. There is no ticket system or anything to evidence that you have left your luggage there. Upon collection, we found that a toilet door held open by a chair is used to block access to the corridor. We were left to remove the blockage, collect our luggage and reapply the blockage ourselves, fully unsupervised. Nothing was stolen and our luggage appeared untampered with, but hypothetically we could have taken anything we liked, and presumably so could other customers.
