Very bad experience. Website shows as if they manage the location for the temporary storage of suitaces in Vienna. This is not the case and our order was not transferred to the company that does it, which means we could not leave our suitcases there and we lost our day in Vienna (we could not visit with big suitcases). Only contact possible is per email, which does not solve issues for short rentings (i.e. for hours or a day) and a direct phone number to the company that rents the space, which did not have our order in their system.
