They werent quickly responsive and took alot of time to pick new location . It costed us our time and we missed the bus and entire plan got upset . But the thing that surprised us the most is weve booked the storage just two days before the scheduled date and the hotel said theyve stopped working with them from a week. Crazy how they alloted that hotel for us . However ; in Cappadocia, the lugagge storage went smooth. So if you are assigned nupera hotel in istiklal,istanbul . Do contact the aupport immediately. Also; if you book directly on spot with the storage , itll cost you less as they do it for as less as 10euros . Theough the website costed us 20 euros
