My four-day stay in Rome was delightful until a luggage storage service disrupted my last day. On January 21st, I arranged for luggage storage through this service from 10:00 to 19:30. Unfortunately, upon our arrival at 10:00 AM, my wife and I found the gate locked. I attempted to reach them via the phone number listed on their site but had no success. I also tried the online customer service, but the interface was confusing and the replies were delayed. Given our plans, we ended up carrying our heavy luggage ourselves, which left us worn out for the remainder of the day. To add to the frustration, on January 22nd, I noticed a charge of 13.5 EUR from my bank account! Not only did they disrupt my trip, but they also charged me for a service that was never provided. I emailed customer service on January 23rd to request a refund, and on January 24th, I received a response that was quite astonishing: "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We can assist you in relocating your booking to a different nearby storage facility; just let us know your preference, and we'll handle the rest." Is this service even reading my concerns? I'm still uncertain about getting my money back, but I will certainly steer clear of this service in the future. Everything I've stated is accurate, and I take full legal responsibility for any claims made. I'm sharing this review to help fellow travelers avoid similar issues!

Update: I later sent another email requesting a refund again. This time, a customer service representative managed the refund process, and I am very thankful for their assistance. This has also slightly restored my faith in the service.
